Disclosure in accordance with the effects of article 13 del D.Lgs. n. 196 del 30.06.03

I inform you that legislative decree D.Lgs. n. 196 del 30 giugno 2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) It provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. Therefore, the required data is collected and they will be treated in accordance with legislative decree D.Lgs. n. 196/2003. The treatments will be aligned with the principles of fairness, legality and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
According to the article 13 i inform you that:
a- Aims of treatment: The data will be processed to the extent strictly necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship established and for the fulfillment of legal obligations arising from the same, excluding any possible use for personal reasons, as it has ruled out any use of conflicting data of interest with you;
b- Data processing: For the data processing means the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, distribution, cancellation and distribution or the combination of two or more of these operations.
c- Treatment Modalities: The data will be processed, either manually or with the aid of computer systems, telematics via internet by players of what the employees in compliance with privacy and security regulations provided for by the Law. The data collected will be stored and processed for the time necessary to achieve the above aims;

Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. 1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
   

2. 2. You have the right to obtain information:
   

   1. a)Origin of personal data;
      

   2. b)The purposes and methods of treatment;
      

   3. c)The logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic instruments;
      

   4. d) The identity of the owner, manager and the representative

   5. e) The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
      

3. 3. You have the right to obtain:
   

   1. a) The update, correction or, when interested, integration of data;
      

   2. b) The cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
      

   3. c) The certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where such compliance is impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
      

4. 4.You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
   

   1. a)For legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
      

   2. b)The processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
